Cancellations:Any order may be cancelled up until the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. |
Order processing:Most orders are processed within 48 hours (from the time the order is received until it is shipped.) During busy times, please allow an extra day or two for processing. Orders paid through Google Checkout and Paypal are reviewed online before payment is accepted, and Scimitar Games reserves the right to decline payment for any orders that are high risk or appear fradulent. |
Shipping:We do not ship to PO boxes. Charges for shipping are determined based on the size and weight of the shipment. Shipping options and charges are acquired directly from the providers and are displayed within the Shopping Cart before you pay for your order. After we process your order, we will e-mail you to confirm that your order has shipped and to provide you with a tracking number if appropriate. |
